Since then, Sam Wood along with his team of dieticians, nutritionists, acne specialists, and beauticians has written actionable, data-driven, and well-researched articles on various topics related to acne.

Sam Wood – Chief Editor, Founder
Sam Wood has been fighting acne since his teenage years. He has tried all types of remedies including drugs, creams, skin treatments, among others, and nothing helped. He did thorough research through many research journal papers from top-tier university institutions and research firms and realized one’s diet and lifestyle have the highest impact on acne breakouts. Changing from within is the path to ensure your acne stays under control.
Sam founded GoodGlow.co to share his findings. He also developed a detailed Clean Skin Resource Kit, which includes an easy-to-follow 250-page book and an extensive database of foods and drinks that may cause acne.
Sam lives in Chicago, IL with his wife, Amy, and two infants.
